• What's New in Blackboard 9.1
  

  Blackboard 9.1 focuses on simplifying tasks and incorporating new tools for teaching and learning. It features a user interface that takes advantage of Web 2.0 context menus, drag-and-drop functionality, and other modern techniques to provide an overall improved user experience. In addition to the new interface, Blackboard Learn offers several new tools for instructors.

• Getting Started with Kaltura
  Kaltura is a tool integrated within Blackboard that makes it easier to compose, edit and share videos. Streaming video for online courses is made easy with Kaltura.

  Note that within this video a very effective means of screen capture is used. The software used to produce this effect, Camtasia, is available in the ODL Faculty Development Lab at UCC3500. • Getting Started with Turnitin
  Turnitin is a plagiarism detection service offered as part of FSU's Blackboard system that checks assignment submissions against a large database of journals, publications, and student-submitted papers, then reports the percentage of text matches against found sources.
